Put together this jigsaw puzzle to discover the banyan tree's many residents—eight varied species, including a coppersmith barbet, signature spider and Indian palm squirrels!
Banyan trees (Ficus benghalensis) are 'keystone' species in their ecosystems because they produce plenty of fruit all year round, rather than in a particular season. While these fruit feed birds, fruit bats, other mammals and more, its dense cover provides room to roost. An accompanying booklet tells you the story of each species found in your puzzle. All materials are hand-painted by Nirupa Rao.
Puzzles are available in 250 pieces (suitable for age 8+) and 500 pieces (suitable for age 9+).
