How soon can I expect my order?
Domestic orders are usually delivered within 4-5 business days. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.
Products available on a pre-order basis are not in stock and the delivery time is subject to when the product reaches our warehouse. Typically, the lead time for such products to reach our warehouse is 2 to 3 weeks from when it becomes available for pre-order.
What are the charges for domestic delivery?
Shipping costs vary and depend on the final weight and volume of the package to be delivered. This fee will be calculated at checkout. The minimum shipping charges for any order, irrespective of the weight, is ₹150.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Currently we deliver within India only.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, the tracking number and courier partner’s name is sent to you via email. Please visit the courier partner’s website and enter the tracking number shared with you to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.
If I have placed two separate orders, can you combine the orders and offer me reduced shipping?
Unfortunately, once your orders are placed, we cannot combine multiple orders. Shipping prices will be applicable as reflected at the time of checkout.
If I cancel a part of my order or if it has to be refunded, what happens to the shipping cost?
Shipping charges will still be incurred on the part of the order that isn’t cancelled or refunded. Proportionate shipping will be refunded only if it meets our conditions for a free return i.e. a quality or wrongly delivered product. Please see our Returns & Exchange Policy for more information.
If my order hasn’t been delivered or if there has been a mistake with the shipping address at the time of order, will I get a refund?
We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our courier partner and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
What are the accepted payment methods for domestic transactions?
For domestic transactions, we accept credit cards (Mastercard and Visa), Net Banking (viaall major banks), debit cards (of all major banks), and UPI.
Does my product qualify for exchange or return?

Can I cancel the order I placed online?
Unfortunately, an online order once placed and for which payment has been processed cannot be cancelled.
Can I change my shipping address once the order is placed?
We aim to dispatch all orders received within 24 hours of the orders being placed online (except on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays). You can send us an email at email@example.com with the change in address and if your order has not been dispatched, we will do our best to send it to the new address. Needless to add, you will be intimated about the status of your order via email as well as any changes in shipping fees.
What are the terms applicable to Gift Cards?
Can I include a gift note in my order?
Yes! You can include your gift note at the time of the checkout under ‘Order Notes’ and we will handwrite it on one of our custom gift note cards and include it in your order.
Alternatively, if you’ve selected a gift wrap option for your order, then you can include your gift note under the ‘Gift Note’ option available there. We will make sure that your order is wrapped with one of our custom illustrated gift wraps, and includes your note, handwritten, on our custom gift note card.
Can I drop by the shop and pick up my online order?
Unfortunately, we currently do not have the logistics in place to coordinate in person pick-ups. All online orders can only be received via courier at the moment.
