Insaaniyat is a photobook capturing the humanity at the intersection of craft, coffee, and creative pursuits. It seeks to make public the invisible actions, interactions, and serendipities that take place beyond the neatly choreographed, in spaces where bread and coffee catalyse human activity.

This hardcover photobook was shot and made on film by Subko Coffee's creative arm, Studio Substance. Photographer and writer Hassan Haider captured the visuals of the photobook over a four-month period, with the goal of documenting Subko and its people.
